Heidi Lampén and Jacco Levits organise personal development workshops and retreats. They bring together a shared passion for creating spaces of honest connection, self-exploration, and deeper presence.

Their work focuses on somatic approaches, meditation, relational practices, essence work and authentic relating. Both of them have years of personal and professional experience supporting people in reconnecting with themselves in grounded and meaningful ways.

They met during their therapist training "Working with People - A Psychology of Awakening" - a unique approach that creates a bridge between the individual as seen through the understandings of Western Humanistic Psychology and approaches to spiritual awakening with origins in various middle eastern and eastern traditions.

Heidi Lampén creates spaces for people to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and come home to a greater sense of aliveness, truth, and self-connection. About Jacco
How it all started for Jacco: "When I was in my mid-twenties, studying for my master's degree in London, I hit a wall. Struggling with anxiety and depression, I realised the path I was on was no longer right for me. Blind ambition and external validation could no longer guide my life. What felt like a crisis became the start of a journey back to myself. Through therapy and years of inner work, I reconnected with my essence, intuition, and creativity.
That journey continues to shape both my life and my work. Helping others reconnect with who they truly are lies at the heart of what I do. I believe that living a freer, more authentic life is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves."
