Steph’s journey has been one of deep inner exploration, weaving together the worlds of plant medicine, mindset (neuro) work & yoga.
With extensive experience in ceremony work, Steph holds space for transformational healing using plant medicines such as Kambo, Rapé, and Sananga, as well as journeys with psilocybin. Her work focuses not only on the experience itself but on the integration — helping people bring the lessons and insights into their daily lives with compassion and clarity.
Steph is also trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and offers mentorship programs that guide clients through longer journeys of self-discovery, emotional healing, and energetic alignment. Her passion lies in supporting others to release old stories, break generational patterns, and step into their own unique power.
With over 800 hours of yoga and philosophy training, Steph integrates mind, body, spirit, and energy practices to help others reconnect with themselves on a profound level. Through her understanding of the energetic body and the way prana flows through the meridians, she guides people in releasing blockages, creating space for clarity, peace, and emotional freedom. Her yoga teachings go beyond the physical — tapping into the subtle energy layers where deeper transformation occurs.
Her approach is always rooted in self-love — a red thread that runs through all her offerings, encouraging others to soften into their bodies, quiet the mind, and open their hearts to the fullest expression of themselves.
