Well hidden between the magical green mountains and crystal mines in central Portugal is a private precious lush valley called AYA. ✨🏞️✨
Co-creating with Universe, the dutch couple Sanne, (also known as Sanshine (37) and Kornelius (44) found this pearl in the north of Portugal on their path as a place to welcome souls home. To step out of the hustle and rush of daily life and reconnect on a deep level of the soul, as well as reconnecting to the lush untouched wild nature of the Portugese mountains, and with the group, to grow as one organism. We aim to raise the frequency of the whole group, using the most vitalizing food, offering the most suitable group sessions for every unique group, and off course, the magic of the place itself, where there is no escaping of being and merging with nature in all her beauty.
In AYA you are free to be free! Free to be you, in your most purest, authentic form. In whatever way you feel like expressing you, we encourage you to do so. You can be naked IF you fancy that, everywhere and all the time, except in the building and during most group sessions.
Retreat host and facilitator Sanshine, responsible for all group sessions and one-on-one reiki massages is a Kundalini Reiki Master, Energetic Healer, Ecstatic Dance dj, does singing bowl massages/soundhealing, family constellations and tantra sessions. In the Netherlands she was owner of spiritual centre Samadhi in Helmond before they left to Portugal in 2022.
