Let the healing vibrations of Simon’s handpan take center stage as Miriam guides you through a balanced flow of activating and restorative asanas. With thoughtful adjustments and variations, the practice is accessible to all levels, inviting you to move with ease and intention.

We begin with a grounding meditation accompanied by the soothing melodies of the handpan, creating space to center yourself. Flow into a dynamic sequence, building heat and energy, before transitioning into long, releasing stretches to deepen your practice and melt into relaxation.

The journey concludes with an extended shavasana, enriched by the resonant sounds of the handpan, allowing you to trace the sensations within and rest in the stillness.

Tickets are just €10, making it an accessible way to experience the magic of yoga and live handpan music. Hosted in the cozy space of The OMnia studio, this event invites you to reconnect and recharge in a welcoming environment.
