Mid Winter - Online Wake up Flow series

Lovely people,

As it's cold outside, I'm introducing the "MID WINTER - WAKE UP FLOW SERIES" starting on Thursday 13th of February.

Join me 5 weeks every Thursday morning for a online wake up flow from 09:00 - 10:00 am. Wake up, put your comfy cloths on, make some tea for yourself, roll out your mat and practice with me and others 🙏🏻

This time of the year, the winter, invites us to stay indoors, cocoon a little bit more. How nice is it to start your day with a practice at home, but still feeling connected to your community ❤️

We will practice together using zoom. I will record the class and send it to everyone that joins. If you cannot make it you can follow the class in your own time! If you prefer to practice with your camera off that is of course totally fine!
