Our February edition will take place at Vogelfrei. This beautiful spacious dance floor also has a cosy fireplace if you feel like cuddling up by the warmth in the living room area..
This time we have another special, including cacao before the dance. Anna Heil will guide us during a 45 minute session to connect to the cacao, our bodies and our breath. She will bring her gorgeous instruments and share songs while we enjoy this heart-opening and warming beverage.
DJ Inphiknight will takes us on a explorative musical journey. After sharing his music at many venues before, all over the globe we´re happy to have him at FreeFlow.
Thomas weaves together tapestries of sound spun from his peculiar collection of curious tunes from all over the world, both classical and futuristic, blended together with deep throbbing beats and jazzy shenanigans.
Come dance, move, enjoy yourself this Sunday morning! We from FreeFlow are more then happy to see all this new and familiar faces every edition!
Flow freely by expressing yourself through movement in any pure (without substances) and transforming way with respect to the people around you.
The dance space is a phone-free and non-speaking area where we dance without shoes.

10:20 Doors open, change, relax and slowly get to know the space

11:30 Opening session with embodiment exercises
12:00 Dance with DJ Inphiknight
14:00 Live music
14:25 Closing circle
14:40 Chill out with nourishing snacks
Practicalities:
- For the cacao: It´s delicious and safe for most people, although we advise people with heart - and blood pressure issues, caffeine sensitivity, with epilepsy, using SSRI´s / MAOI´s and women breastfeeding or pregnant to not drink the cacao. You are most than welcome during the ceremony and enjoy the ceremonial vibe created together. There will be music, singing and moments to connect with the other visitors.
- During the dance there will be water and tea provided (please bring your own bottle!)
- Wear comfortable clothing to move freely in
- No refunds or rescheduling possible
- We encourage you to join from the whole experience, please aim to be there no later than 11 am
- Space holders are present
- Vogelfrei is accessible through the NAR, the gate will be open to access the venue
We are super excited to vibe with you on this new playful adventure.
FreeFlow will be a regular Sunday morning dance experience in Utrecht. We hope this will be a beautiful addition to the local ED community.
Please make sure to be there by 10:30 latest to land in the space and get changed so we can start together at 10:45 :)
