Somatic Full Moon Ritual *FREE*

Over dit evenement

Every month, a full moon lights up the skies and offers a quiet opportunity to turn inward and reconnect with yourself. During this first full moon of 2025, we will set intentions to lay the foundation for a more nurturing and fulfilling year ahead.

What are you ready to let go of? And what matters most to you in the new year?

In this online ritual, we’ll use movement and journaling to tap into the wisdom of our bodies. Through movement, we can release burdens from the past and invite fresh ideas and inspiration. Through writing, we’ll connect with the creative part of our brain to gain insight and clarity.

For this ritual, you’ll need:
• A journal and a pen
• Comfortable clothes
• A yoga mat (optional—if you don’t have one, that’s perfectly fine)
• A candle or any items to make your space feel cozy (optional)
• Enough space to move freely without interruptions

After signing up, you’ll receive a Zoom link to access the class.
