On the 8th of March, international womens day, we gather to connect to our breath, our body, our voice.

Join us for an intimate PSYCHEDELIC BREATH & VOICE Ceremony on a Saturday afternoon.
A day to celebrate ourselves through connecting to our breath and voice.

This afternoon we gather together with some nourishing & heart opening Ceremonial Cacao & microdose and a meditation to explore your desires, that which lives inside of you ❤️

We celebrate our womanhood in dedication to our bodies – our voices - our lives.


✨ CACAO & MICRODOSE
We will open the ceremony by serving ceremonial cacao and a microdose of truffle. The qualities of cacao (heart opening, gronding, connecting to self) combined with the qualities of a microdose (the ability to dive a little deeper in a very gentle way, support inner wisdom already present in us, without going on a full journey) is a safe and beautiful way to open up and reconnect with ourselves on a deeper level to release old patterns and create healthy new ones. (Note: both earth medicines are fully optional).



With the powerful PSYCHEDELIC BREATH practice we will focus on what you desire, to really feel it, and to release what no longer serves you, whatever is holding you back, that which holds you back from stepping into your female essence.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH is a beautiful dynamic form of breathwork that alters the bodies physiology allowing for you to possibly experience non-ordinary states of consciousness.
The brain moves into deeper states of brainwave activity- from Beta - to Delta & perhaps at moments Theta.

PSYCHEDELIC BREATH can have an impact on allowing a flow on many levels.
This can be physically, emotionally, in beliefs, or in energy.


🌬️ SINGING CIRCLE Following the breathwork we will be guided into a singing circle by Myra which will help integrate the teachings we received and to deeply connect with our hearts, our softness, our strength and our voices. United in song, embodying the voice of the feminine.

Your voice, like your breath, is a healing tool which can help to bring you into the present moment. Where you are free to experience, to feel, heal and transform energies within. Myra will guide you into song and help you to tap into the present moment within you. Feel what wants to be felt, sing what wants to be sung.

Meditation practice, Cacao & microdose, breathwork, singing circle
We will end our ceremony with a sharing circle
16:00 End
Afterwards you are free to stay a little longer by the fire, to relax with some tea and a slice of cake. To land in the moment and connect with other women from our circle.

Contraindications:
For Breathwork: Pregnancy, Epilepsy, High Blood pressure, High inner eye pressure, Detached Retina, Cardiovascular problems, Strokes, Clinical anxiety, panic attacks or psychosis, recent surgery (broken bones/ wounds). For microdosing: use of antidepressants and history of psychosis/ bipolar disorder.

🌸 About your facilitators:

Aileen Kennedy
Since I was a teenager I have feel the call to the Divine Feminine, and it’s the driving force behind everything I do. Bringing back self-love, compassion & healing are my mission.
I’m a certified GZ-Psychologist, EMDR (trauma) therapist, Doula, Mindfulness teacher, Mindful Birthing & parenting teacher, Reiki I en II certified, Mindful Birthing & Parenting teacher. I’m a mother of two wild girls and a yoga lover for decades.
My work as a therapist focused on women’s health, my own journey in transformation and my recent experiences in tantra retreats on Goddess Island Ibiza have inspired me to create this work. I’m super excited to share all of this rich goodness with you!


Myra Tierra
My soul mission, my calling, is to sing. Preferably in a circle.
To take you on a journey through yourself, what lies within, and to bring you home into your heart.

I am a space holder, herb woman, weaver of energy, sahumadora, mother earth worshipper, mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend.
I feel deeply connected with the soft power of my heart. She is my anchor and compass.
I discovered the healing properties of my voice during a period of physical and emotional breakdown. She heals me by bringing to the surface that which is hidden deep within, to transform it into sound and give it to the wind.
My purpose as a musician and space holder is to help you to remind you of your essence. To create new space within by connecting to your breath, your voice, your heart.
