Video BATH / Multiple Bodies Meditation

Next to the hypnotic pleasure of full relaxation and endorphins massage, VIDEO BATH is also an introduction to the ancient principle of the 'multiple bodies'. Viktoria guides the visitors to take a deep dive into the inner Self, to give love to the inner child, and to become an Observer for positive, constructive changes in life.

As the event unfolds, we get to practice a conscious creation of the new energy-flow, focused on knowing how to raise vibrations, how to feel the body in its multidimensionality, to connect to the true inner Self, to change negative thoughts into positive ones, and soften hard feelings & emotions.

Practically, it's a combination of a mindfully curated visuals, scientifically measured sounds and 432Hz frequency, Viktoria's live guidance and her gentle touch. It's a unique approach to art, human biology, meditation and ancient & modern science.

Recommended: comfortable, stretchy warm clothes. You will be seated on yoga mats surrounded with comfy cushions, bolsters and blankets to support your body. We will take the shoes off.
