✨ What Awaits You?
Breathwork: Prepare to Go Deeper
We begin with Breathwork to bring you into your body, activating your parasympathetic nervous system—the state where true healing begins. Through conscious, guided breathing, you will:
• Calm your mind and release stress
• Create a deep sense of presence and awareness
• Enhance your connection to your body
• Lay the foundation for a deeper Spinal Energetics experience
This grounding practice will help you shift from overthinking into feeling, opening the door to the transformative work that follows. (Guided by Beppe from Inner Freedom Team)

Spinal Energetics: Awaken Your Inner Wisdom
Building on the foundation of Breathwork, Spinal Energetics taps into the innate wisdom of your body to release tension, heal emotional blockages, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
Your body already knows how to heal wounds, regulate your heartbeat, and digest food without conscious thought. Spinal Energetics works with this same intelligence to:
• Unlock stuck energy and old patterns
• Ease physical pain and emotional stress
• Restore balance to your nervous system
• Leave you feeling lighter, freer, and deeply connected
This powerful session allows you to go beyond healing—it’s an opportunity to experience a profound reset for your entire being.
(Facilitated by Beppe from Inner Freedom Team in collaboration with Beatriz)
