💛 Deze cursus is geschikt voor mensen die een liefdesrelatie hebben. Hoe zorg je ervoor dat je relatie levendig en uitdagend blijft? Hoe vergroot je de ruimte voor intimiteit in de relatie? Hoe ga je om met de moeilijke momenten?
💛 We bieden jullie praktische oefeningen waarin we je uitdagen om naar je eigen wensen te durven kijken. Daarnaast geven we je handvatten om deze verlangens in de relatie onder de aandacht te brengen. We leren jullie te communiceren over wensen en kwetsbaarheden. Maar ook hoe je elkaar kunt uitdagen, grenzen opzoeken en elkaar verrassen. We bieden jullie ook intieme oefeningen en massage technieken. De cursus gaat over samen plezier hebben, elkaar waarderen en de sprankeling in de relatie stimuleren. We geven jullie ook praktische oefeningen 'homefun' om jullie te helpen het geleerde te integreren. De echte transformatie vindt alleen plaats door de integratie in het dagelijks leven.
💛 In de cursus maken we gebruik van Tantra technieken, kennis uit de positieve psychologie en EFT (Emotional Focused Therapy). Daarnaast putten we uit onze 34 jaar ervaring als koppel, en ons werk als psycholoog en coach.
De cursus is geschikt voor alle stellen die hun relatie willen verdiepen, aandacht wensen voor intimiteit en meer lichtheid en plezier in de relatie en ook bereid zijn om naar het moeilijke in de relatie te kijken. Het is niet bedoeld als relatietherapie.
PRAKTISCHE ZAKEN:
* Bij de prijs zit een lunch op beide dagen inbegrepen.
* In de cursus zit geen accommodatie inbegrepen. De optie bestaat om in de locatie te slapen op eenvoudige matrassen, voor 15 euro pp.
* Drie weken voordat de cursus begint zullen we een zoom gesprek plannen om kennis te maken en krijgen jullie extra informatie.
* In de cursus zitten maximaal 12 stellen.

💛 This course is suitable for people who have a romantic relationship. How do you keep your relationship vibrant and challenging? How do you increase the space for intimacy in the relationship? How do you deal with the difficult moments?
💛 We offer you practical exercises in which we challenge you to dare to look at your own wishes. In addition, we give you tools to bring these desires to the attention of the relationship. We teach you to communicate about wishes and vulnerabilities. But also how you can challenge each other, push boundaries and surprise each other. We also offer you intimate exercises and massage techniques. The course is about having fun together, appreciating each other and stimulating the sparkle in the relationship. We also give you practical exercises 'homefun' to help you integrate what you have learned. The real transformation only takes place through integration into everyday life.
💛 In the course we use Tantra techniques, knowledge from positive psychology and EFT (Emotional Focused Therapy). In addition, we draw on our 36 years of experience as a couple, and our work as a psychologist and coach.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
* Within the price a simple lunch on both days is included.
* Accommodation is not included in the course. There is limited option to sleep at the location on a simple matrass for 15 euro.
* Three weeks before the course starts we will schedule a zoom conversation to get acquainted and you will receive additional information.
* There are a maximum of 12 couples in the course
