Join us for an uplifting experience where you will get to meet yourself and your impulses whilst being in connection to a partner or others. The impulse play brings forth the direct experience of being in touch with what the body wants, in a consensual way where the arena is mapped out and the rules clear.
MORE ABOUT IMPULSE PLAY
Impulse Play is a non-verbal somatic and relational practice that creates a space for play and self-development. For many of us, play is something we let go of as we enter adulthood. Play is characterized by the fact that we do something simply because it feels good, for the PLEASURE in the moment - not because there is a specific goal or a plan. Impulse Play brings us the invitation to be authentic; being true to ourselves and our impulses, whether it’s primal or sensual, fast or slow, intense or calm.
This evening is great for you who want to explore and expand your capacity to:
* Be yourself authentically in relation to others
* Follow your impulses and your pleasure
* Feel your YES and NO and honor them as well as honoring the YES and NO of others
If you're looking at fully embodying your desire to play, fight, roll, lift, tickle to become more animal, sweat, laugh, and be entangled in a wide variety of touch the impulse play will teach you how to natural get in touch with these sides.

Doors open at 19:10. Please be on time, there will be no-one to let you in after 19:25PM
This workshop wil be held in English (but of course in interactions you can speak Dutch with each other if that is more easy).
We provide unlimited tea and some snacks. Make sure you have eaten before we start.
