Art of Attunement - with Cacao Ceremony

Attunement is the reactiveness we have to another person. It is the process by which we form relationships.

As the end of the year approaches, we find ourselves in a season that can be marked by connection & solitude.
In this season, we may long for a deeper connection to ourselves and those who are closest to our hearts.
With this in mind, we invite you on a restorative journey to soften any tension that can emerge at this time.
We will create space for self reflection and awareness, focusing on the theme of relationships.
This 2.5 hour attunement session will include:
- Cacao Ceremony - using the art of ritual & the heart opening properties of Cacao
- Guided Meditation to reflect on our relationships with ourselves & others - with a focus on accessing the valuable functions of our right brain hemisphere such as intuition, creativity & emotions
- Explorative Journaling - to explore and organize whatever comes up
- Body-based practices - to practice connecting, softening, synchronizing, creating healthy boundaries, and being intentional about how we interact with the world.
- Giving and receiving sacred touch - restorative assists inspired by Reiki and Thai Yoga Massage
