Donation based ~ Parts Work introduction workshop (online)
Parts Work (Internal Family Systems/IFS) is thé framework to develop unconditional love for all parts of yourself. This powerful approach helps you understand deep patterns that block your flow, and encourages you to stop rejecting parts of yourself, others, and life. It helps you to live a life from your true Self, and share your light with the world.
This workshop will help you to get to know this method, that will be the core framework of the Autumn Deepdive - Return to Self (find more info about the Deepdive here:

Parts?
There are two main categories of parts: Protective parts and Wounded parts. Protective parts are the parts of us that try to prevent getting hurt / rejected (e.g. the critical voice, perfectionism, harmonizing, avoidance). Wounded parts are the parts of us that make us feel small, they carry hurtful memories from our past (e.g. insecurities, negative self-beliefs). The IFS approach helps you understand, carry for, and relate differently to your parts, allowing you to live from a place of calmness, courage, and compassion. By reconnecting to your true Self as observer (awareness) of this all, you will foster unconditional love for all aspects of yourself.

p.s. who am I? As a licensed psychologist (MSc.) specialized in Parts Work (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (mindfulness based), I've spent the last eight years working with many amazing clients, each with their unique stories. Nearly three years ago I left the traditional system (GGZ) to create my own practice (Eye-Am) in Utrecht. Additionally, you can find me at university, where I educate future psychologists. My passion lies where psychology and spirituality meet. I aim to build bridges between the spiritual perspective and a grounded no-nonsense approach, merging scientific understanding with the unseen. I hope to meet you soon!:)
