In our time together, from 10:00 to 13:00, we will explore various practices to cultivate connection, including meditation, movement, sharing, journaling, and more. Whether you are new to these practices or have experience, you are very welcome here. This circle is a safe place to go inward and embrace the power of sisterhood.
As Alice Walker beautifully said, "The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they don’t have any." In our circle, we will reclaim our power together, nurturing the bonds of female community and sisterhood.
