Take a deep dive into this ancient regenerative practice designed to connect you quietly with your inner teacher and build physical and emotional vitality and resilience. Also known as 'yoga of awareness', kundalini is a path for anyone seeking the skills to cope better with the challenges of our times. Shaped around a yogic structure of meditation, breathwork, body practice and chanting, each class varies according to how these elements are subtly emphasised.
Your teacher uses her spiritual ‘kundalini’ name – Jai Priya Kaur – for this class, a name given to denote a person's unique vibration. From this, her approach takes you through three levels of development. The first – ‘awakening and transformation’ – is about cultivating physical, mental and spiritual aliveness and developing your relationship with yourself. The second – ‘finding the guru’ – is tuning in to the calling of your soul, and to the divine mystery. Finally – in ‘becoming the lighthouse’ – you are taught to beam your truth and inspire others, stepping up to your full potential.
