In this workshop, you will explore the fascinating and complex relationship between pain and pleasure. Through interactive exercises and discussions, you will discover ways to find pleasure in pain, learn how to identify their “7 in pain” (the point where pain becomes pleasurable), and practice giving and receiving pain in a safe and consensual environment.
This workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore your boundaries, challenge your assumptions, and expand your understanding of the dynamic interplay between pleasure and pain.
What to expect?
You will:
- Explore the relationship between pain and pleasure
- Discover ways to find pleasure in pain
- Discover the masochist, sadist or sadomasochist in yourself
- Explore your boundaries and engage in self-discovery
- Explore how to enjoy giving and receiving pain safely
- Identify where pain becomes pleasurable for you
- Practice giving and receiving pain in a safe and consensual environment
We want to ensure that everyone feels safe and comfortable exploring their boundaries. The pain we work with in this workshop is limited to light pain. We will not be working with pain that involves piercing the skin, or any form of play that involves body fluids. Such as needle play, blood play, or any other activity that goes underneath the skin.

Spaceholder: Wies (Be Touched)
Nico has over eight years of experience in various tantra schools and has a passion for bodywork and Shibari/Kinbaku. He is trained in non-violent communication and the proud father of two beautiful teenage boys. Nico is also a teacher who helps young people reach their creative potential.
Bri is an experienced kinkster in various dynamics and has been spaceholder at a diverse collection of kinky and tantric events (both sexual and non-sexual). Bri also works as a CrossFit coach and strongly believes in movement as medicine. One of her greatest motivations in work is teaching people how to use AND read their bodies and to take that knowledge out of the gym and into their daily lives.
Wies is renowned for her vibrant energy, insatiable curiosity, and infectious enthusiasm. Inclusivity is a core value close to her heart, and she effortlessly puts people at ease with her warm and playful personality. Simultaneously, Wies emanates strength, stability, and a sense of security, creating a supportive environment for everyone she encounters.

👕 Please wear comfortable clothing that you like to wear for a Pain & Pleasure workshop. You do You! Please bring a towel or blanket. We will provide all necessary equipment and materials for the workshop.

Location: Europalaan 20, Utrecht (FREE PARKING). Entrance is behind the building.
This workshop can be attended in both English and Dutch, we will adjust and/or translate based on the participants needs.
We will send out an e-mail with all the information shortly before the event. Doors open at 19.00, we start at 19:30. After 19:30 there will be no-one to let you in so please be on time!
