Inner Light circle

Over dit evenement

Every month we come together to tune inwards, connect & share. Attuning to natural forces and processes, we work with what comes up in the present moment.
Feel supported in a loving space to explore and connect to your deeper layers. Know that each aspect is welcome, light and dark, to heal & return to wholeness. You are encouraged to shine all your colours.

On October 19th, we have arrived fully into autumn. Iris and Felix will guide you through the inner seasonal changes with metaphysical meditation, embodiment and a transformational breath work session into a deep surrender in sound. With live handpan, flute and singing bowls.
