9D BREATHWORK
This is a conscious continuous breathing technique and makes it unique by its combination ofmultidimensional sounds, using frequencies, binaural beats and NLP guidance. This will help you to reduce your ego mind tendency, the DMN (Default Mode Network) in your brain, or also known as the "monkey mind".
Then, you will switch your nervous system from sympathetic toparasympathetic, giving the space for your somatic healing to come up with whatever needs to.Letting you go into a journey through your subconscious layers, and being able to discover whatsurprises it has for you along the way. In other words, the BREATH is the bridge between your conscious and unconscious, between mind and body, and here, you use it to create an environment and open space to communicate with your subtle layers.Whether it's time to process and heal something, to feel, see or hear messages, or to strengthen your true essence and connect with a greater source, with your own supply, with your own intelligence that is already inside of you. Either way, be sure to have a boost of energy, clearmind, reduce anxiety, burnout and a balanced nervous system.
In my 9D Breathwork
I will receive 15 minutes before the session, so you can prepare your space, have some tea, andget comfortable. Then I will give you an introduction with all you need to know and expect before the journey, this will take around 20 minutes. Then you put on the headphones, eye mask, blankets, and lay down to just follow the instructions and guidance to let go, trust and flow.I will sustain and hold your space. With my experience as a Reiki, somatic healer and intuition, I know how to help you to release, let go and feel safe.When the journey is over, you will have some minutes of relaxation and meditation guided by me. At the end, we have a beautiful sharing circle to hear and express the experience.Whether you are a beginner or an experienced breather, every session is a new experience andeveryone is welcome. But we do have some contraindications and every person needs to read theform and sign it before the session.
Contraindications:
It is not possible to undergo this breathing session with:- Heart complaints, recently placed stands, very high pressure- Psychotic complaints- Pregnancy- Epilepsy- Strong Mental medicationsPlease Sign the Waver before the session here

Preparation for the session
• Come with comfortable clothing.
• Don't eat heavy meals or too much caffeine.
• We will provide you with a yoga mat, blanket, pillows and eye-mask, but feel free to
bring your own ones.
• We have special tea and herbs to open and close the session.
• Whether you've done Breathwork before or it's your first time, know that every session is
different and there is never a right or wrong experience.
• Be relaxed with openness and curiosity, but without expectations.
• Arrive 15-10 minutes before the workshop, to set up your space.

and significant that if you work with it the right way, you will still be able to receive insights and
feelings that will help you to keep growing and releasing.
