If we feel in connection, we shift from ‘you & me’ to ‘we’. From ‘me & the world’ into ‘oneness’. Connection is the ultimate satisfaction! Arriving to a place and feeling no urge to be anywhere else. But often we are stuck in separation and do not know how to move back into this unity. In this Kundalini Triology we’ll get in attunement with the different angles of connection, so we gain some tools to make the shift.

We long to belong. To our family, social circle, culture and so on. But without knowing the ground to which we belong, we might end up trying to fit in, which is like planting a seed in the sand. In the sand are no nutrients or stability. This class we’ll work on true ground connection and belonging, so we recognise the right soil. The energy from our root, our foundation needs to be connected down. If not, we’ll be insecure. If we manage to grow healthy, steady roots, we’ll find inner confidence.

To know what love is, we can ask ourselves; what is love not? To feel love at it source, we need to go just beyond ourselves. Daring to love what seems to be unlovable. This will set us free. And from this place of freedom we can shift from feeling love to being love. In this class we connect with our heart space, beyond the thinking mind. Time and space dissolve and we create an opportunity for the raw essence of who we are to be revealed. It’s a place which cannot be described by words, but can only be experienced. And this experience is what the yogi’s call love.

Better than to visit heaven, is to become heaven. Heaven is a connection. The less dependent we are from outside variables to create this connection, the more free we become. Then we arrive at place where we can travel, we can separate, we can die. And none of it really matters. Because our connection goes beyond and only grows. This class we practise how a solid connection can lead to profound freedom. Let’s keep some space in our dreams for the unimaginable!

Kundalini Yoga has the potential to offer you great transformation. Every class contains a dharma talk (sharing of knowledge), meditation, asana’s (physical postures and movements) in combination with breath work and a live gong bath.

If you follow the full series, it will take you on a deep journey. But you are also very welcome to drop- in to one or two of the classes. Feel welcome!

Classes are accessible for Dutch and English speakers.

For who
The classes are open to everyone between 18 and 40. If you are new to Kundalini Yoga, it will give you a great introduction and connection with an ancient lineage. If you are an experienced practitioner, the classes will guide you deeper into your practise.
