✾ Let us guide you through during this New Moon, with a perfect start for your healing process. This morning you are invited to our healing circle with medicinal rapé and the microdosing of magic truffles, formed into tasty chocolate bonbons.
✾ We will start the morning with the sacred medicine of rapé, a mix of tobacco and other medicinal herbs from the Amazon region. This is blown into the nostrils with a pipe and it cleanses the sinuses, is antibacterial, stimulates a meditative flow and is said to cleanse the pineal gland for clearer vision.
Then we will put our intentions with a chocolate bonbon filled with microdosing of magic truffles. These have various mental health benefits, such as the reduction of stress and anxiety, increased happiness and well-being, and enhanced introspection and self-reflection. Just as we eat food to give our bodies energy, magic truffles give our minds energy.
✾ After these medicines, we will be in nature (hopefully without rain) and use breathing exercises, silent walks and some exercises of conscious touch and sharing of our experiences.
