Laat je energie stromen in deze yin/yang yoga ochtendsessie. Verken je grenzen en creëer ruimte om te expanden, te verbinden.

Flow is bewegen met wat er nu is.
Dit kan betekenen dat je het lichaam intensief beweegt, maar ook dat je heel stil wordt. Dat je door delen ademt die vastzitten of simpelweg aanwezig bent.

Mijn naam is Iris en ik ben blij je te begeleiden door een creatieve sequence die is opgebouwd om je lichaam te aarden, je geest te kalmeren en je spirit te upliften. Wees welkom!

To flow is to move with what is here now.
This can mean to move the body intensely, but also to grow very still. To breathe through stagnant parts or to simply be present.

My name is Iris and I’m happy to guide you through a creative sequence that is built to ground your body, quiet your mind and elevate your spirit.
