Uitnodiging voor een uniek sound event 'All night Sound Bath Puja'

Tijdens dit unieke sound event kun je 5 uur lang een klankbad ervaren van tibetaanse klankschalen, kristallen schalen (crystal bowls), gongs en andere instrumenten. We gebruiken rustige en harmoniserende klanken voor een diepe meditatie en helende werking.

Terwijl je slaapt of mediteert, brengen de zachte geluiden je naar een innerlijke rust en kun je gaan loslaten wat in je lijf of hoofd vastzit.

21:00-22:00 – Arrival
22:00-23:00 – Opening circle & introduction
23:00- 4:00 a.m. – Sound Bath Puja
4:00 – 5:00 a.m. – Integration with silence
5:00 – 6:00 a.m. morning tea & snacks
Leaving by 6:00 a.m.

The Puja will take a place at Yoga Circle, a beautiful and vibrant yoga studio located in Amsterdam West with spacious shala, high ceilings and stunning acoustics.
The studio offers a warm embracing atmosphere, with all the best facilities to enable you to fully relax, connect and enjoy your practice time.
