Do you ever feel disconnected from yourself, like something essential is missing from your life? Whenever we loose touch with ourselves - with our essence - we loose touch with the sacred dimension.

Somatic movement is crucial for reconnecting with our bodies and releasing tension. Furthermore, writing & meditation are beautiful tools to remember who we are and invite in a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.

During a Somatic Movement session you are invited to become aware of your body. Where are places of tension and tightness? What places feel relaxed? Is there any emotion linked to this feeling? From there, we explore how movement can help to ease any tension. We infuse our movements with intention so it’s more than just a physical exercise; it becomes a ritual.

During this class we will also use writing as a tool for self-reflection. I believe writing is a beautiful way to connect to a deeper part of ourselves. I will give you some writing prompts that will help you reflect on your relationship with the Sacred.

We will end our time together with a guided meditation that will help foster your connection to the Sacred as well.

For this online workshop all you need is your journal, a pen and some comfortable clothes!
Perhaps light a candle and/or set up your space in a way that feels cozy/sacred to you.
