We start our mornings in silence with beautiful practices in a tranquil yurt, including gentle movement, breathing, meditation, and yoga. Afterward, we gather in the charming farm area for a delicious brunch. Followed by plenty of free time for relaxing, a nap, reading, nature walks, or connecting with fellow participants. In the afternoon, we dive deeper into self-exploration with Connected Breathwork, focusing on themes like Letting Go & Opening the Heart. After another mouthwatering meal we unwind after dinner with a restorative Yoga Nidra (a lying down meditation) session, ensuring you drift off to sleep in blissful relaxation.

🔥 MEET YOUR FACILITATORS 🔥

Saara Heinonen, a Finnish delight, ventured to the Netherlands to pursue her passion for working with horses. Her transformative journey began by communicating with animals using energy, discovering the profound healing benefits of yoga along the way. Saara's path led her to become a certified yoga teacher, and the founder of Alysa Yoga in Maastricht. Saara is driven by a deep passion to guide others in reconnecting with their true selves and discovering their authentic expression and movement with playfulness. Grounded and attuned to energies, she is dedicated to being a supportive juicy presence on your journey of self-discovery and growth.

Dennis Kerckhoffs, a Dutch treat from Maastricht, embarked on his journey of self-discovery in his early twenties through the practice of yoga. Over the years, he has traveled extensively, immersing himself in both sides of retreat life—both as a participant and as a staff member at (inter)national retreats. Being a queer bodyworker, certified as a Shiatsu Practitioner, Yoga Instructor, and Breath Facilitator, Dennis pours his passion into his studio, KIEM Praktijk. There, he delights in assisting clients in (re)connecting their minds, bodies, feelings, and emotions through the transformative power of touch, breath, and movement.
