This workshop is an invitation to rediscover the authentic power of love, to explore the different layers of your being and to awaken the vibrant flow of your own life force energy.

Tantra from the Heart offers a foundation for how to create healthy intimacy, emotional balance, and learning to live life with an open heart and a curious mind

You will be guided through a blend of Breathwork, Tantric Meditations, Ritual, and Taoist Tantric Practices.

In this workshop you will be offered individual, partner and group practices.

Leonie, the main facilitator, uses her experience as a psychologist to create a safe space in her retreats and workshops for healing and transformation. A space where you can be yourself and listen to yourself.

Come as you are: singles, couples, experienced and beginners are all welcome.

In this workshop we combine Neo Tantra with Taoist Tantric practices.

Neo Tantra has a multi-faceted approach to life. It offers us many tools to help us to awaken our natural life force energy, create healthy intimacy, release old emotions and reconnect us to the power of our hearts.

We will explore Neo Tantra through Tantric breathwork, connection exercises, meditations, ritual and heart opening practices.

Taoist Tantra is an integrated part of Chinese Medicine and has been practiced thousands of years ago. It is about cultivating a deeper connection with the vibrant life force that runs through both, you and all of life.

In Taoist Tantra we see our sexual energy as part of our natural essence. It is the energy we are all born with; it begins with you, and ends with you.

When we slow down, and go deeper into the energetics of Tantra, we can see that this life force energy is highly intelligent, tremendously powerful and creative energy that runs through everything.

Through Taoist Tantric practices we learn to cultivate this energy and let it circulate through our bodies, creating a bridge between our life force, heart, and our spirit. This makes us feel more whole, connected and excited about life itself.

◈ 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
Conscious relating is about letting go of judgements and allowing yourself to express what is alive within you with openness and acceptance. In this workshop, we will work with boundaries and desires. You will explore how to give them more clarity and fluidity in expression.


𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐈𝐓 𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐒

We will create a safe heart-centered container with the intention to explore Tantra. We are all different and in the workshop we invite you to embrace what makes you, you. There is no need to do anything that does not work for you.

There is no sexual intimacy in this workshop. Because we work with polarities, we will balance the amount of men and women in this course. There is also the option to work with the same sex.

Leonie is guiding the Immersion with 3 assistants.
Leonie has a heart-based approach to Tantra. She believes that through a deep relaxed connection with ourselves, we can then connect to others in an intimate, authentic way.

She is an experienced psychologist in the clinical field and has spent eight years studying Tantra, Breathwork, Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Leonie Louise works with the ancient wisdom of the East coupled with the rational logic of the West.

She has completed several trainings of Shamanic Tantra with Anna Maria Hernmarck in Bali, followed by a 6 month online immersion course at the Tantrika Institute with Christopher Hareesh Wallis and studied the Universal Healing Taoist teachings of Mantak Chia. From then onwards, Leonie developed her own courses and workshops.

She uses her experience as a therapist in the clinical field to create a safe space in her retreats for healing and transformation.
For the last several years, Leonie has been facilitating Tantra and retreats and sessions in Europe and Asia.
