Spring Equinox Celebration

Feel the forest on this Spring Walk with microdose of truffles, cacao and breathwork. 

Are you ready to feel spring? On this Equinox morning session we enjoy the fresh new energy rising, and celebrate a new beginning after winter time. 

Join for a moment to become still, feel, deeply relax, reflect and feel the forest. A great way to start spring with a clear mind, relaxed body and happy heart. 

We start the morning with a warm welcome and a delicious cacao drink. Cacao supports your body and spirit with loving energy. It's like a warm embrace from nature. This lays the foundation for a safe, joyful and warm bedding in which you can choose to enjoy a microdose of truffles. The truffles support your body to deeply relax and invite your mind into an open awareness and reflective state of mind. If you feel you do not want to take the truffles you are of course welcome to enjoy this morning without. 

We continue with a soft breathing practice and some light stretches for the body, before we walk in silence into the forest. Mindfully we journey through plants and trees in their early state of spring. While we walk slowly, let the fresh flower buds and bird songs enlighten you. We take the time to truly feel the forest. 

This morning includes:

-Gentle breathwork session
-Live music 
-Movement practice
-Spring forest walk
