About the Workshop:
Are you ready to tap into your inner energy reserves, release stress, and find balance in your life? This unique workshop brings together two esteemed Qi Gong Teachers, the beautiful couple Ilonka and Roi, and the Certified International Sound Healer, Teo @ TheSoundofHealing for a two-hour immersive experience like no other.
Qigong is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qigong in short is called ‘moving meditation’ or Acupuncture without needling. It is a deep relaxing skill combining slow movements with breathing Technique.

What to Expect:
🌿 Qi Gong Winter Solstice, Serenity in Stillness: Learn the art of Qi Gong from two Teachers with Years of experience. Discover ancient movements and breathing techniques that enhance your life force, promote relaxation, and boost overall health and immunity. In this workshop we will focus on the Metal element and upcoming Winter.
🎶 Sound Healing Journey: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound. Teo will use a variety of instruments to create a soothing and harmonious atmosphere, allowing you to release tension and unlock your inner potential, visualisation in line with the topic of the Qi Gong movements.

The Teachers:
🧘‍♀✨🧍‍♂️ Ilonka and Roi are Qigong Teachers. For years they have been providing individual trainings and workshops as well as group sessions.
🎵Teo is an Internationally Certified Sound Healer offering individual healing sessions (combining energy, sound, color and vibrational acupuncture) and group sound baths in Amsterdam.
🐉Teo, Roi and Ilonka met during their mutual Journey on deepening their interest and knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Shenzhou University in Amsterdam.

Cancellation policy and refunds: Participants must notify the organisers of their cancellation 72 hours prior to the event time to be eligible for a full refund (Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid minus any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees.)
Transferability: Participants may have the option to transfer their registration to another person. Teo should be notified in advance to facilitate the transfer process.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the organisers need to cancel the ceremony, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
