About the Workshop:
Are you ready to tap into your inner energy reserves, release stress, and find balance in your life? This unique workshop brings together two esteemed Qi Gong Teachers, the beautiful couple Ilonka and Roï, and the Certified International Sound Healer, Teo @ TheSoundofHealing for a two-hour immersive experience like no other.
Qigong is part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Qigong in short is called ‘moving meditation’ or Acupuncture without needling. It is a deep relaxing skill combining slow movements with breathing Technique.

What to Expect:
🌿 Qi Gong Spring Equinox, InvigoratingVitality: Learn the art of Qi Gong from two Teachers with Years of experience. In this workshop we will focus on the Wood element and the upcoming Spring.

The Teachers:
🧘‍♀✨🧍‍♂️ Ilonka and Roï are Qigong Teachers. For years, they have been providing individual trainings and workshops, as well as group sessions.
🎵Teo is an Internationally Certified Sound Healer offering individual healing sessions (combining energy, sound, colour and vibrational acupuncture) and group sound baths in Amsterdam.
🐉Teo, Roï and Ilonka met during their mutual Journey on deepening their interest and knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Shenzhou University in Amsterdam.

Cancellation policy and refunds: Participants must notify the organisers of their cancellation 72 hours prior to the event time to be eligible for a full refund (Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid, minus any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees.)
Transferability: Participants may have the option to transfer their registration to another person. Teo should be notified in advance to facilitate the transfer process.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the organisers need to cancel the ceremony, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.
