Being in the moment, with your senses open and attuned,
to choose if you respond, to decide how to respond.
✨ If you want to train your non-verbal intelligence, this is the ideal opportunity. ✨
💫We will pair up and try out ways to move in response to the other person.
We will train observation, awareness, and we will get into such a connection that the two move as one connected maze of water.
🧶🪆 The first time I tried giving an impulse in movement, I felt like a puppet master. Sometimes my partner did what I had envisioned for her, other times she did something completely different. Sometimes laughter would escape because of my surprise. Joy in its purest essence. 😃
🌌 When I was at the receiving end, I felt a deep awareness inside my body and extending beyond my body into space. My dance partner would give me an impulse and I would feel her warmth already before the actual touch. Connection beyond words. 🪄
🧘 After this receiving exercise, I felt so utterly relaxed and satisfied, having handed over the control to someone else for a little bit. Being moved without thinking about it.
A bit more precise about how the meet-up will unfold.
🔸We will start with a funny ice-breaker and some light warm up playful movement. We will raise our energy to prepare for the work with a breathing ritual.
🔸Then we will dive into the duos, the impulses, and the flow in connection.
🔸Towards the end we will go into an awareness and gratefulness relaxation, and finally
🔸 we will open the sharing round for anyone who would like to share how they experienced the session.
