Water is found in so many ways, it can move in so many different qualities.
We will feel water and move in its qualities, emerging ourselves in the water feeling.
We will explore these movements in solo and duet.

More specifically, we will start with a little ice-breaker game, then we’ll go into a breathing ritual to raise the energy, warm up the muscles to prepare for the main part of the workshop. Then we will explore the water element in the main part. The workshop is rounding up with a relaxation and a sharing round at the end.

You will reconnect with your inner child allowing your curiosity, playfulness, and creativity to arise.
You will connect to others and express your soul in movement.
You will feel relieved, relaxed, and inspired to face any challenge in your everyday life.
