𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝘽𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙬

Een dag in het teken van: Ontdekken, avontuur, expressie, vrijheid, creativiteit, flow, adem, plezier en natuurlijk je STEM!

Vanuit vele verzoeken om samen een stemtraining te doen, heb ik deze eendaagse 𝗩𝗢𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 gecreëerd.

We duiken ons lichaam in, met de adem als geleider om de lucht door ons heen te laten stromen. Wanneer we de adem door ons lichaam laten bewegen, kunnen we er geluid aan geven en vanuit deze kern ontstaat onze stem. Een dag met een 𝒅𝒆𝒆𝒑 𝒅𝒊𝒗𝒆 waarin we ons stemgeluid voluit 𝒅𝒖𝒓𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝒕𝒐𝒆𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒏 en activeren. Waarna we diverse oefeningen ondernemen om ook de 𝒍𝒊𝒄𝒉𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒅 𝒆𝒏 𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒆𝒍𝒔𝒉𝒆𝒊𝒅 van de stem te voelen.

Veel mensen ervaren blokkades rondom hun stem en juist door er 'luchtig' mee om te gaan, kan je jouw WARE stem herontdekken. Gedurende de dag leren we ook op een eeuwenoude, 𝒕𝒓𝒂𝒅𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒍𝒆 𝒘𝒊𝒋𝒛𝒆 om offers te ontvangen. Zoals jouw allereerste lied uit het hart en van jouw voorouders. Vanaf hier gaan we 𝒋𝒂𝒎𝒎𝒆𝒏, 𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒍𝒆𝒏 𝒆𝒏 𝒏𝒐𝒈 𝒎𝒆𝒆𝒓 𝒐𝒏𝒕𝒅𝒆𝒌𝒌𝒆𝒏!

Ervaring is niet nodig, alleen de bereidheid om uit de comfortzone te stappen om te durven te spelen!

○ Jamsessie met groep

○ Offer voor de aarde en het vuur. Zoals bijvoorbeeld kruiden of iets anders natuurlijks.

This day will be in a day will of: Exploring, adventure, expression, freedom, creativity, flow, breath, fun and of course VOICE!

After so many requests to do a voice training with me. I have finally created this one day VOICE Expression Session.

We will dive into our bodies and breath to open these up and allow air to move through our bodies. When we can move air through our bodies, we can give it sound and from this core our voice arise.
Once we have activated our voices, we will do exercises and games, to keep the lightness and fun in the day. Many people have blockages around voice and we will keep it light, to find our TRUE voice.
During the day, we will also learn the ancient way of offerings to receive. As we will receive our very first song from the heart and our ancestors.
From here we will jam, play and explore more.

No experience needed, just the willingness to step out of the comfort zone to explore and play!


It will be a fun day full of:
- Breath ( basic breath for voice)
- Movement ( for voice use)
- Basic Voice techniques
- Finding your TRUE voice
- Receiving voice guidance of your ancestors
- Offerings to receive songs
- Creating your own song
- Learning at least 1 song
- Jam session with group
- Games and exercises

The day will be from 10.00-16.00 includes lunch and materials.

What to bring:
- Offering for the earth and fire ( like herbs or somethings natural to give back)
- Notebook
- Comfy clothes
- Water bottle
- Mat, pillow & Blanket
- Drum-rattle- instrument ( of you play one)
