Find peace in the busy Christmas time in this special Creative Dance meet-up
Christmas is a busy and even overwhelming time. Family commitments are often compulsory and traveling in crowded trains or motorways are not easily avoidable. It often feels like the opposite of the true meaning of Christmas, feels like pressure instead of joy.
In this special edition of the creative dance meet-up we will explore ways to connect to your body and your inner peace. Breathing, mindful walking, connecting with each other just by looking into each other’s eyes. It will feel like the softness of the holiday season, sharing with other humans what the true meaning of Christmas is about; love for your fellow humans and joy in being together.
As usual we will start with some ice-breaking games, then we will warm up the body with our breathing ritual. Then we dive into the peace-finding work followed by a guided relaxation. We will end with a sharing round.
This time I would like to invite you to lunch right after the meet-up, where we can share some Christmas delicacies together. Everyone brings something to share, and we can use the kitchen space next to the studio.
