Conscious Connecting Practices

What if there would be a place where you could practice how to connect with people?
On Friday 1st December you can join us in such place! 😊

In the first part of this evening you will be guided to connect with yourself, with the feelings you might have at that moment and with how they are expressed in your body.

The second part is about connecting with other people (in pairs and groups of 3) while still keeping some awareness with yourself. You will also be introduced to communication tools inspired by HeartIQ, which will be the foundation of expressing in a clear and heart-felt way, in any kind of relationship you might have.

The third part of the evening is a powerful magical moment where we’ll gather all together in a Sharing Circle.
Here you can have a taste of how it is to be in a community which supports, sees and welcomes you exactly as you are, happy, sad, angry, calm, numb, open or closed. All feelings are welcome!

What will you learn?
- Practices for getting more in touch with your inner landscape;
- Tools to communicate with others in a way which brings mutual understanding and connection.
- Healthy ways of being in a community.
