A full day of exploration: How to deepen your surrender through the
body, mind, and energy.

We will dive into the conscious experience of identifying and mapping
the obstacles that may be blocking you. You'll gain insights into what
methods work best for releasing emotional energy in the body. This
immersive experience combines somatic movement exercises, embodied
dance, breathwork, and Kundalini transmission.

The first part of the day is dedicated to establishing a connection
with your body and addressing any interference from the mind. Various
somatic exercises will help you break out of your shell and encourage
playfulness. Our aim is to create a sense of connection and safety
within the group. Through movement exercises, you will explore how
much fun and flow you can achieve, while also identifying areas where
you might be holding yourself back and discovering what you need to
fully engage.

In the middle part of the day, our focus shifts to the power of breath
and its incredible benefits. The act of breathing influences your
blood circulation, lung function, and heart health. It's like an
invisible touch that reaches every organ, facilitating the flow of
energy through your bloodstream, acting as a natural blood purifier.
We will immerse ourselves in a breath journey guided by carefully
chosen music designed to expand your heart space.

We'll take a light lunch break (vegetarian).

In the final part of the day, you will experience a full Kundalini
activation session, a transmission of natural and potent life force
energy that flows from the crown to the root chakra. The process is
gentle and gradual, with the energy intelligently addressing the needs
of your system at any given moment. It's a natural and intuitive
energetic process unlikely to shock your system. Internally, a wide
range of experiences can occur, from spontaneous movements to
emotional releases, visuals, or feelings of bliss and the awakening of
sexual energy.

Your guides for this journey are Maya Nightingale and Celine Brill. We
have been working together as Kundalini activation guides for a year.
Maya is a skilled body de-armoring practitioner with expertise in
various techniques and her own studio in Utrecht. Celine is an
explorer of many modalities, with a primary focus on breathwork and
energy work. Both of us emphasize trauma-conscious approaches."

What to bring with you:
Be dressed in sport clothing for yoga with layered warm sweater gym
trousers. Warm socks. have something to change if you get sweaty.
A bottle for water.
Cower for the eyes.
