The central theme of this day is connecting to our 5 senses. Consciously tapping into them brings you fully into the present moment, which holds so much magic within and around yourself. Have fun experiencing it with sharper senses. Unwinding with all your senses also reconnects you to your 6th sense – your intuition. Allow yourself to just be and feel grounded, relaxed and recharged by the end of the day.
