Olé! Open. Listen: Express!

Over dit evenement

If you don't open, how can you listen? If you do not listen, how can you express? If you don't express, what's the point of all the rest?

In this workshop we will learn how to use an accessible sequence of yoga poses to open our bodies and find a state of active, equanimous balance. We will use meditation to tune our attention and expand our capacity to listen. We will then engage in conscious and ecstatic dance to explore our full potential for expression.

Olé is a complete toolkit of contemplative practices, carefully integrated so that they complement and enrich each other. Its aim is to empower your experience of being 'you', with its uniqueness, its challenges, and its interconnectedness with the world around. It can be a spiritual path. It can be freedom itself. Just try it!

A full session lasts about 3 hours. This workshop is suitable for all, no prior experience with yoga, meditation or dance is required.
