Your Inner Well
— A deeply nourishing Afternoon Retreat

Gentle Breathing, Restorative Yoga & Embodied Healing / Deepening Touch, Sound Journey

A journey into deep, deep relaxation.
From doing into being.
From holding into being held.

—

Restorative Yoga is like a nurturing wellspring in our often busy lives. It nourishes and rests the body, soothes the ceaseless mind, reduces anxiety and relaxes the nervous system. Through it, you'll discover the path to your true self, that lives within your softness and it will infuse your life with energy and clarity.

Gentle, deepening touch will be available during the poses if you would like to receive. Touch focused on deepening relaxation, to help you sink deeper into a pose, release tension, encouraging the body to surrender into the pose, and stimulating the nervous system to shift into a state of deep rest.

The live sound journey will be guided by Felix.
