A beginner yoga class open to everyone, with a donation-based contribution

Community Yoga is a donation-based beginner yoga class at Flow Community Studio in Amsterdam Oud-West, open to everyone.

The class is designed to make yoga more accessible, regardless of experience or budget. You can choose your own contribution when booking, with different contribution levels available.

Expect a welcoming yoga practice with space to move, breathe and slow down, without the pressure of getting everything right. Come on your own or with someone else, meet familiar faces and make some space for yourself.
