Transitions met Silvija Tomcik

Over dit evenement

Transitions are thresholds where transformation happens — the shifting ground from one rhythm into the next, from one emotion into another. These in-between spaces hold power, mystery, and the invitation to awaken.

We will journey through both the Waves and Heartbeat maps of the 5Rhythms practice, weaving body and emotion into one continuum of awareness.
