We look forward to welcoming you to TantraForLife. In this message, you'll find some practical information to help you arrive well prepared.

✨ What can you expect?

During the TantraForLife evenings, we invite you to explore Tantra as a way of deepening your connection—first with yourself, and from there with other men.

We work with body-based exercises, dance, meditation, and conscious touch. You are invited to tune into what is alive within you in this moment:
What are you experiencing? What wants to emerge—or perhaps not? Can you remain present with yourself, even while connecting with another?

These evenings are not only nourishing in the moment; their effects often continue to unfold in everyday life. As you learn to meet yourself with greater openness and freedom, you create more space to meet the world around you in the same way. In doing so, each of us contributes—in our own unique way—to bringing more awareness, connection, and gentleness into our communities.

Each evening is complete in itself, yet the experience often deepens the more frequently you attend. Many men therefore choose to return on a regular basis.


🕢 Schedule

The evening begins sharp at **7:30 PM**. The doors open at **7:00 PM**, so you're welcome to arrive from then on.

We begin with a meditation, so please arrive minimum 10 minutes before start. If you expect to be delayed, we'd appreciate it if you could let us know (see the phone numbers below).

We will finish at approximately **10:45 PM**.

🎒 What to bring

* Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely
* (Warm) socks – shoes are not permitted in the practice room
* A cloth the size of a bath towel (or simply a bath towel)

Each evening is supported by an assistant.
