Have you ever noticed that different parts of you seem to want different things?
One part might want to speak up, while another wants to stay quiet. One wants to connect, while another pulls away. You might have an inner critic, a part that wants to keep everything under control, or a part that feels overwhelmed and doesn't know what to do.
IFS offers a beautiful way of getting to know these different parts of ourselves β not by trying to get rid of them, but by becoming curious about what they need and what they are trying to protect.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic model based on the idea that our inner world is made up of different parts, each with its own feelings, beliefs and roles.
Some parts are protective, while others carry more vulnerable emotions or experiences. At the heart of IFS is Self, the part of us that can meet our inner world with qualities such as curiosity, compassion, calmness and clarity.
During this workshop, we'll explore these ideas not only through theory, but by actually experiencing them for ourselves.

This workshop is for anyone curious about IFS, parts work, self-awareness and personal development.
It can be especially helpful if you want to understand your emotional reactions, relationship patterns, inner critic, perfectionism or other patterns that keep showing up in your life.
You don't need any previous experience with IFS.
What you'll take away:
You'll leave with a basic understanding of Internal Family Systems and some practical ways to continue exploring your own inner world, with more curiosity and compassion.
Youβll also have experienced what it feels like to connect with your parts more than simply trying to understand them intellectually.
