Tantra for Women – Heart Chakra Day

In Women’s Tantra, we begin with the Heart Chakra — the place where we connect with love, softness, vulnerability, and our deepest truth.

This day is a beautiful first step for women who feel called to explore Tantra and connect more deeply with themselves and with other women.
Through this training, you will be invited to soften, to come home to your body, and to reconnect with your feminine essence. We will explore the power of the heart and create space to feel, release, and open again.
Together, we will gently meet the wounds, fears, and patterns that may hold us back, allowing space for healing, connection, and transformation. A journey towards remembering the beauty, wisdom, and essence that already lives within every woman.

A day to slow down.
A day to feel.
A day to reconnect with your heart and your feminine essence.

This day will be held entirely in English.

We are honoured to work with highly trained Tantra teachers who have international experience in women’s work. They bring together knowledge, experience, and wisdom from women’s work around the world.

An intimate experience.
To keep the space personal, safe, and intimate, we welcome a maximum of 8 participants.
The day will take place in a warm, cozy, and homely setting where you can relax, connect, and simply be.
We explore through conversation, dance, movement, safe touch and meditation. Through reflection, teachings, inquiry and embodied practices, we learn, discover and deepen our connection with ourselves and the feminine.

If you would like to stay overnight, accommodation is available just a few doors away, at your own expense.

Starting time: 10:00 a.m.
Closing time: 9:00-9:30 p.m.

The event includes lunch, dinner and healthy snacks.
