Maitri Immersion

Over dit evenement

In the first weekend of December begins a 4 day immersive blend of training course and retreat. Giving you tools to add to your bodywork toolkit. For extending your capacities to hold space for longer periods of time while recharging instead of depleting yourself. Allowing miracles to unfold through the depth which time allow. 💗

The days will cover:
~ The art of space holding
~ Guiding a person into relaxation and a state of receptivity through breath, visualization and sound healing
~ Introduction to Chinese medicine (yin/yang, five elements, reading the body, meridians, acupressure points, fire cupping)
~ Bodywork techniques based on Thai massage (Traditional, Osteopathic and Dynamic), Wuo Tai, Abdominal massage, Zenthai, and my own discoveries from the last 6 years working with the body.
~ Post-session aftercare and self-cleansing practices

+ daily morning nourishing wake up movement sessions

Wholesome and rejuvenating days, learning a lot both for your daily life and practice. A deeply restorative experience of giving and receiving 🤲🏼

It will be a cozy group of 8-12 people so we can go deep and have time for a long personal guidance.
* there are currently 5 spaces left, so be quick if you wanna be there!

The contribution is on a sliding scale:
Low income €650
Regular €750
Supporter €850
This includes a double room (on first come first served request basis) or shared dormitory + delicious food 🌟
*This immersion is much cheaper than other retreats you might find to allow for accessibility/inclusivity. Please be generous if you are able to !!
