Concert met Leah Reina

Over dit evenement

Salon 'd Mahara met Leah Reina whom lives through music.

As a singer, clarinettist, percussionist and multi-instrumentalist, she moves like a chameleon between different musical worlds. Her sound has been shaped by her studies in Turkish makam, her travels through Turkey and South America, her love for Brazilian music, and her fascination with the rhythms and sounds of India.

Leah is the founder and frontwoman of Madhara, a live ecstatic dance band, and performs with various formations on stages across Europe.

Tonight, she takes us on this musical journey alone.

With voice, clarinet, ngoni and loop station, an intimate and intuitive experience unfolds — created in the moment, in connection with the space and with one another.

No performance.
No show.
Just the magic of music.

An evening to gather, slow down, listen, and simply be.

Doors open at 19:00 the concert will start around 19:30
