Friday 25th of September
A candlelit autumn evening, an offline moment to cancel the noise of our fast pace life. Let's start the weekend with a sacred pause. Indulge yourself with Friday selfcare evening. A ceremonial gathering in Soulconnection with Cacao + Breathwork + immersive Soundhealing journey.

RETURNING BACK TO THE GARDEN OF OUR SOUL
As we are transitioning seasons, Autumn is inviting us to go inward. Our previous season we lived mostly outward. Summer is highly fuelled with yang energy. Autumn season carries gentle Yin energy. This season invites us to slowdown, ground and root. To return back to the garden of our soul.

✨️ CEREMONIAL GATHERING ✨️
A ceremonial gathering in the energy of Autumn Equinox & the Fullmoon. Autumn marks the changing of seasons, a sacred time of transitions. The fullmoon asks us to pause, reflect and contemplate. Autumn invites us to let go what no longer serves us and what is weighing us down. This reminds us to adapt the pace of nature. A time for slowing down, deep listening, rebalancing, reconnecting shedding and renewal. An innerjourney into deep relaxation, to root, reflect & reconnect with our heart, body and soul. A nourishing holy reset for our nervous system.

✨️🍁 MEN CEREMONY
