A longer Monday evening dedicated to slowing down, letting go and entering a state of deep rest.
This 90-minute experience combines the deeply relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra with an immersive sound journey.
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice of conscious relaxation, inviting you to gradually move your attention away from the outside world and towards a quieter, more inward state of awareness. You remain lying down comfortably throughout the practice while Agata guides you through the experience.
The Yoga Nidra naturally opens into a sound journey, where crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, chimes, drums and voice create a spacious environment for continued rest and listening.
There is nothing to achieve and no particular state you need to reach. You simply follow the guidance, listen to the sounds and allow yourself to rest.
What to expect
The session begins with a gentle arrival and settling into the body, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra practice. This gradually transitions into an extended sound bath, leaving time at the end for silence and a gentle return.
This is the most restorative of the Monday sessions and is particularly suited to those who feel mentally overstimulated, tired or simply in need of a longer pause.
You don’t need any previous experience.
Yoga Nidra is accessible to beginners, and you don’t need to be able to meditate or “clear your mind”. Your only task is to get comfortable and listen.

About Agata:
Agata is a Sound therapist, Medicine Woman, Ayurvedic massage therapist & Ayurvedic therapist. She is a founder of Agata Wholistic Touch.
She was in a 3,5 year training under 2 shamans who help her to expand working with a music as a medicine.
She works with voice, body & sound, offering reconnecting with your voice workshops, sound bath sessions and ceremonies (cacao, sacred tobacco rapé and truffles) to the groups, 1-1 and companies.
