Seriously Silly: 5Rhythms movement sessions

Over dit evenement

It is the first class of the month and we will dedicate more attention to introducing 5Rhythms map. It is also a great time to introduce 5Rhythms to someone you wanted to bring with, or take a crazy step and try something new! There is a special price to this first class, every first Thursday of the Month!

*****
Does taking yourself seriously stop you from trying new things? Do you overthink, over-explain, analyze? Are you your own biggest critic? How about setting intention this month to show up on a dance floor with silliest moves, the most comfortable - or crazy inappropriate clothes? To do the first moves, or intuitive decisions and if it doesn't go how you hope - to try again anyway!

We’re serious about the practice, but not serious about performing. We’re committed, but not to being correct.
We don't have to be heroes saving the world. Just humans living this precious life!

See you on a dance floor! ShowUP!

❤ Mia
