Yin yoga, Reiki & Himalayan Sound bath

Join Madhavi and Rama Shakti for a deeply restorative 2.5-hour journey of Yin Yoga, Reiki, mantra, and immersive sound.

We begin with gentle Yin Yoga, personal Reiki, mantra, and sound practices, creating space for the body and mind to soften and settle. Throughout the session, participants receive personal Reiki to support relaxation, balance, and inner connection.

The evening culminates in an immersive Himalayan Sound Bath, where the vibrations of multiple Himalayan Singing Bowls and other sacred instruments invite deep relaxation, energetic flow, and renewal.

We gently close the experience with grounding, integration, and optional sharing.

(Because this is a highly immersive sound experience, participation is unfortunately not possible for people with epilepsy, severe neurological conditions, serious heart conditions, pacemakers or other implanted medical devices, significant sound sensitivity, psychosis, or pregnancy.
If this applies to you, we would be happy to discuss alternative one-to-one Reiki or Sound Healing sessions tailored to your individual circumstances.)

Please wear comfortable clothing and consider bringing an extra layer to stay warm during relaxation.
Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and cushions will be provided as well as tea after the session.
