This is a private, full-day truffle ceremony - just you, the medicine, and a space held with real care.

Truffles are legal in the Netherlands, and this experience is designed specifically for women who would like to slow down, look inward, and (re-)connect with themselves. It's also created for the ones that have hit a "ceiling", a "plateau" and are curious to dive into other modalities.

I'm Theresa - a Certified Psychedelic Practitioner, trained through the Synthesis Institute, Somatic Coach and Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and currently training with a Mexican elder in the indigenous tradition.

My psychedelic training has given me a grounding in preparation, screening, non-directive facilitation and integration. I bring that together with my somatic coaching and yoga background to create a space where you can explore whatever comes up, without needing to force an outcome or fit your experience into a particular story.

Safety is an important part of this work for me. That's why we start with a detailed screening and preparation process before deciding whether this experience is the right fit for you. During the journey, I'm there to stay present, attuned and supportive throughout the experience, while giving you the space to have your own process.

I'm here because I want to help women find their way (back) to themselves.

Never done this before?
That's completely okay - most women who come to me are doing this for the first time. The screening call is there so we can get to know each other, answer every question you have, and talk openly about whether this experience is appropriate for you. I'll also walk you through what to expect, how to prepare, and what the day will look like. If I don't feel it's the right fit, I'll tell you - there's no pressure, no rush.

A deposit reserves your spot - fully refundable if we decide together it's not the right fit after your screening. Remaining balance due after that call. Cancellation policy shared on booking.
